make it personal....

Today I woke up with a 102.5 fever. Me being me, I still went into work, determined to "solider through." I was sent home, (which in hindsight was a good thing) Shortly after coming home, I broke out into hives. I am not alternating between sleep, and cold baths. With Chris ensuring that I drink water and OJ all the while... Now it is the wee hours of the night, I can't sleep as I just keep waking up with the Chills, so I thought I'd at least blog.. (so I'll feel semi-productive) So with that being said. I have yet to share one of my favorite pieces in our new town home. I matted and framed our "license plate" game from our summer road trip. The game started as something to occupy our time during our 4412.7 mile trip, however with no winner at the end of the trip- the game continued.. Chris eventually won, as we entered South Dakota this past month... Leaving me with Montana left to spy. So why frame such a silly game? Because it makes us smile! It reminds us of the time we have spent together, and of the memories we share..

it resides at the top of our hall stairs, where we both pass it each day..
it may not be the prettiest framed item in our house, but it is one of my favorites.

Now off to bed, as I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, and fingers crossed they will give me something to help..
