CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
4 oz. (1/2 of an 8 oz, pkg) Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 C. peanut butter
Preheat oven to 375.
Place all ingredients in large bowl. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes,then on medium speed for another 2 minutes.
Flatten each ball in criss-cross pattern with tines of a fork dipped in sugar.
Bake 7-8 minutes or until edges of cookies are set. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
** 1/2 C. of chopped peanuts can be added to dough before shaping into balls.
